Band Electronic Press Kit packages:

Press Kit Development:  Starting at $295

Includes one of the three photo shoots as listed below. (delivered as print quality pdf, printing costs additional.)  Development and design of your bio page w/Booking Page/Contact information.  Insertion of your finished DVD or CD.

*plus printing costs and expenses.

Photo shoots:

$150 hr. 1 hour minimum.  Options include:
1) Live performance shoot.  (We come to your performance and shoot photos during the performance.)
2) Studio or On Location promo photo shoot.  (Ideal for promo kit, CD artwork and other print needs.)

Add a makeup artist for $75 per hr.

Studio fees are the client’s responsibility if applicable.

Image Usage Rights:

Once the photo shoot is over, there is the issue of the rights to use that image.  TVAH ENTERPRISES, “shutterTHAT!” holds the original copyright of the photo(s), and will negotiate any and all rights you need to display, print and/or reproduce those photos.  This is how we keep our shoot rates super affordable – by negotiating and extending only the photos and rights you need!  Some examples are:

  • Unlimited usage for publicity purposes, including web and print:
  • Unlimited usage for publicity above, plus packaging and cd cover:
  • Unlimited usage for publicity, packaging, cd plus merchandise:
  • Complete buyout of an image, including transfer of copyright:
  • Specific reproduction rights for one photo or a set of photos.

Glamour and fashion photo shoot:

Fashion, swimsuit or glamour photography in your own home or location of your choosing.
Packages from $150 including two outfit changes and settings, 2 8 x 10′s.   All shoots include a cd of up to 8 print quality images (300 dpi, 8 x 10 or larger).**

Special event package:

Day rate plus travel if 40 miles from Little Rock.   Includes web gallery of untouched photos for viewing (our watermark is added) and your choice of options for pictures: a DVD of hi res photos – you make your own prints – for $249, and/or prints from our professional lab (email for print price list).

Basic shoot rates are:

  • Per hr, with a two hour minimum.  Time may be calculated at the quarter hour after two hours.
  • A half day rate. (3.25 to 4 hours).
  • A full day rate.  (6 hours and above.)

Full and half day shoots (excluding wedding photo shoots) include a master DVD of images in the RAW format and a web viewable gallery of jpgs.  (imaging and retouching for an additional fee.)

• TFP or TFCD shoot with select models and projects, subject to a $50, non-refundable, deposit that will be used for purchase of prints.
