Augusta Fitzgerald, Age 12
Morgan Peterson

Katheryn Richardson
Missy Lipps

and Korto.

A large crowd anxiously waited to see the latest one-of-a-kind designs from these local designers. All of them are well known and admired, but the crowd was especially pleased to see Augusta Fitzgerald’s designs (she’s in 6th grade!) and the show’s finale designer, Korto Momolu! Korto is a contestant on Bravo’s “Project Runway.”

Late Night Disco, LR

Late Night Disco, LR

Shooting at a nightclub is always a challenge. To use a flash, or to not use a flash, that is the big question! I prefer to be more discreet without the flash most of the time, plus it creates a look that I really like.   But, that doesn’t always work, does it?  Especially in a disco…
So, the technique of shooting with a little bit of flash and keep the shutter open longer is a really nice look as well.  Less inconspicuous, but when the strobes are going off, it doesn’t seem to matter.
